Our Technical Support group is dedicated to helping Moai customers develop and operate successful business solutions. Customers who use our technical support program receive unlimited access to Moai TechSupport through phone, email and fax. When any question or concern is presented, the support team member works to resolve the issue immediately. Moai's TechSupport department is comprised of engineers who understand Moai solutions thoroughly. Moai's goal is to offer customers the best support system, from online queries to direct human contact. Our Support channels are always open.
